Working together
The biggest lever between youPlans. One of you wants a settled plan and the other wants room to move. Settle that at the start of each piece of work.

When you disagree

With Jordan, hear how the issue has landed on each of you before looking for a fix. With Priya, put the options side by side and compare what each would achieve.

Coherence comes from difference, held well.

Cloth is strong because its threads weave. The warp holds steady while the weft carries color and movement through it, and the strength lives in how they meet.

A team works the same way. A shared purpose holds everyone steady. By cohering individual potential with collective intelligence, CoWeave creates the foundation for trust, authenticity, creativity, and meaningful collaboration.

CoWeave recognizes that true coherence comes from honoring our differences, weaving our unique gifts, perspectives, and contributions into something greater than ourselves. Sameness can't create it. The only way we get there is through new methods of interpersonal understanding, which leads to truth, which leads to trust.

  1. Connection

    Know your own thread

Each person discovers the strengths they bring and the conditions they do their best work in, in language that recognizes their strengths and growth opportunities.

  2. Coherence

    See where threads cross

Any two colleagues can see where their threads meet, where they differ, and what helps them decide, disagree and build well together.

  3. Co-creation

    Weave the whole

Teams see their full range at a glance, and leaders find the people whose gifts complete each other's, so every strength finds its place and no gaps remain hidden.

Questions people ask

Can my manager see my answers?

No. Answers are never shown to anyone at your organization. Colleagues see your profile only after you choose to share it, and you can stop sharing at any time.

Could this be used in hiring or reviews?

No. Our terms rule out using CoWeave in any decision about anyone's employment, and every person reads that before they begin.

Do people need their birth details?

Only for Human Design and astrology, and only if they want those two lenses. The date, time and place are deleted once the charts are drawn.
