CoWeave brings together seven lenses of self-understanding. Several of them we did not invent: they are the life's work of the people named below, and we are grateful to them. This page credits each system's originators, acknowledges their trademarks, and states plainly that CoWeave stands apart from all of them.

CoWeave is independent. It is not affiliated with, sponsored by, endorsed by, or certified by any of the organizations, schools, or individuals named on this page. We use their names only to describe, truthfully, which established system a given lens is based on. All trademarks are the property of their respective owners.

What is CoWeave's own

Every description, assessment question, report, and piece of interface text in CoWeave is original writing, created for this product and protected by copyright as the property of Relationship Yoga LLC. We do not reproduce any organization's questionnaires, scored instruments, proprietary imagery, or copyrighted text. Where a system offers an official test, we say so and point to it; we never imitate it. Copyright protects a particular expression, never an idea or method, so CoWeave describes these systems in its own words while pointing you to the authoritative sources for formal assessment.

The Self, Worldview and Paradigm Perspectives, together with their eighteen orientations, names, descriptions and questions, are an original work of Relationship Yoga LLC.

Enneagram of Personality	An ancient symbol with no single owner; the modern personality typology was developed by Oscar Ichazo and Claudio Naranjo, and elaborated by many schools (Riso-Hudson / The Enneagram Institute, The Narrative Enneagram, Chestnut-Paes, and others).	RHETI® is a registered mark of The Enneagram Institute. Official tests are offered by the individual schools.
Western astrology	An ancient tradition in the public domain. Western (tropical) astrology descends from Hellenistic and Babylonian sources.	Calculations are performed by CoWeave from public astronomical data.
Human Design	Originated by Ra Uru Hu (Robert Alan Krakower); the system and its BodyGraph are associated with Jovian Archive Media.	Human Design System™ and BodyGraph™ are associated with Jovian Archive. CoWeave computes the placements from birth data and draws its own chart; it does not reproduce Jovian Archive's BodyGraph artwork. jovianarchive.com is the authoritative source.
The Four Axes	Built directly on C. G. Jung's Psychological Types (1921), which is in the public domain, plus the later Orientation axis. The sixteen stance names are CoWeave's own.	Myers-Briggs® and MBTI® are registered marks of The Myers & Briggs Foundation. CoWeave does not use, and is not derived from, the MBTI instrument. No four-letter codes are used.
The Self, Worldview and Paradigm Perspectives	Original to CoWeave. They draw on decades of published research in adult development and values, credited in full to each organization's Admins inside CoWeave.	CoWeave's Perspectives are not affiliated with or endorsed by any other assessment or its authors, and they reproduce no other instrument's items, scoring or descriptions.

Birthplace lookup is powered by the Nominatim and Photon geocoding services, with map data © OpenStreetMap contributors, ODbL. A lookup is sent only when you ask for one, and only the place name you typed is sent: never your birth date, time, or anything else.

We have tried to attribute every system accurately and fairly. If you are a rights-holder and believe something here should be corrected, credited differently, or removed, please write to cory@coweave.one and we will respond promptly.
