Terms of Service

CoWeave is operated by Relationship Yoga LLC ("CoWeave," "we," "us"). These terms are the agreement between us and the organizations that use CoWeave, and between us and each person who uses it. They are written to be read. By using CoWeave, or by subscribing to it for your organization, you agree to them.

1. Who may use CoWeave

CoWeave is offered to organizations (each a "Customer") for their current employees and contractors (each an "Authorized User"). It may not be used with job candidates or applicants. You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to have an account.

2. Your account

Each person signs in with their own account: an email link, or Google or Microsoft sign-in. There is no password. Accounts are personal and may not be shared. You are responsible for keeping access to your inbox, or your Google or Microsoft account, secure. Tell us at cory@coweave.one if you suspect unauthorized use.

3. Organizations and Admins

The Customer is responsible for whom it invites and for the accuracy of its Admins' details. Admins can invite people, set roles and teams, and manage billing. Admins cannot rename, transfer or close the Customer's workspace; CoWeave does that at the Customer's written request.

4. Seats, trial and billing

• Trial. A new Customer may have a 14-day trial with up to five Seats and every feature. When a trial ends without a subscription, access is limited: each Authorized User keeps their own profile, the Admins keep the billing page, and everything else waits until the Customer subscribes.
• Price. The subscription is charged per Seat per year, at the price shown at checkout, plus applicable taxes. Payments are processed by Stripe. A Seat is one place for one Authorized User, and a pending invitation holds a Seat.
• Adding Seats. An Admin may add Seats at any time. Added Seats are charged at once, pro-rated to the end of the subscription year.
• Renewal. The subscription renews automatically each year for the Seats then in place, unless an Admin cancels before the renewal date. Seats may be lowered for the next year, but not below the number of people in the workspace.
• Non-payment and disputes. If a payment fails and is not resolved, or is disputed, CoWeave may pause the workspace on the same limited terms as an ended trial. Payment reopens it.
• Refunds. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law or agreed in writing.

5. What you may and may not do

A Customer may make CoWeave available to its Authorized Users for self-understanding, team development and communication. You agree not to:

• use any person's answers or profile, in whole or in part, as a factor in any decision about their recruitment, hiring, selection, promotion, compensation, performance evaluation, discipline, termination, or any other term of their employment or engagement. Customers must tell their people of this restriction, and CoWeave states it to every person before the assessment begins;
• resell, redistribute, or publish the report text as your own;
• scrape, copy in bulk, reverse-engineer, or attempt to extract the underlying report engine, which is confidential and never leaves our server;
• use the service unlawfully or to disrupt or attack it.

CoWeave may suspend a Customer's access where it reasonably believes the first of these has been breached.

6. What your organization sees

• Your answers to the assessment are never shown to your organization.
• Your profile is shown to colleagues only when you choose to share it, and then only as the roles allow: your teammates, and your organization's Managers and Admins. You can stop sharing at any time, and it takes effect at once. Copies already downloaded cannot be recalled.
• Comparisons between colleagues are not notified to the people compared. Every view, comparison and export is recorded in an activity log, which your organization's Admins can read.
• A small number of results are visible only to Admins. The Customer shall keep that view to administration.

7. When someone leaves, or the organization does

When a person is removed from a workspace, or leaves it, the Customer loses access to their profile at once. The profile remains the person's own, in their own account. When a subscription ends, or a Customer asks us to close its workspace, every person keeps their own profile, and within 30 days we delete the workspace's data: its teams, roles, invitations and activity log. We may keep billing records as the law requires.

8. The systems CoWeave draws on

CoWeave describes several established typologies and models that it did not invent. All descriptions and reports are CoWeave's own original writing; the underlying systems belong to their respective originators, and CoWeave is independent of and not endorsed by any of them. Human Design and Western astrology are offered as reflective languages, and are not presented as science. The Self, Worldview and Paradigm Perspectives draw on published research, and their scoring is a working estimate until calibrated. 9. Intellectual property

All report text, code, designs, and the "CoWeave" name are owned by Relationship Yoga LLC and protected by copyright and other laws. A subscription grants the Customer, and each Authorized User, a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use CoWeave and to read and download the reports they are permitted to see. It does not transfer ownership. Your answers and the data you enter remain yours.

10. Availability

We work to keep CoWeave running well but do not guarantee it will always be available, uninterrupted, or error-free, and we may change, suspend, or discontinue features over time.

11. Disclaimer of warranties

CoWeave is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the insights, estimates, or descriptions are accurate, complete, or suitable for any particular decision. CoWeave has not been validated for selection or for any employment decision.

12. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Relationship Yoga LLC and its owners and contributors will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, profits, or goodwill, arising out of your use of, or inability to use, CoWeave. Our total liability for any claim relating to the service will not exceed the amount paid to us for the service in the twelve months before the claim. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so parts of this may not apply to you.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Relationship Yoga LLC from claims arising out of your misuse of CoWeave or your violation of these terms.

14. Data protection

Where CoWeave processes personal data on a Customer's behalf, our Data Processing Agreement forms part of these terms. Write to cory@coweave.one for a copy. Our Privacy Policy explains what we collect and why.

15. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the State in which Relationship Yoga LLC is organized, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. You agree that any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located there, and you consent to their jurisdiction. If any provision is found unenforceable, the rest remains in effect.

16. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the service evolves. When we do, we will update the date above, and continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
